1. The distance between cable tray and electrical equipment should be more than 0.5 metres.

4. When installed in the ceiling, a vertical clearance of 80mm should be maintained with the open side of the trough cover, and the utilisation rate of the trough section should be less than 50%.

1. Inspection. When the cable tray enters the construction site, it is necessary to submit the product factory certificate, periodic inspection report and relevant technical appraisal documents. At the same time, the thickness of the cable tray plate should meet the relevant requirements. Its surface should be uniform, there should be no over-burning, hanging grey, local unglazed and other defects.

2. Installation position. Horizontal laying, the height from the ground should not be less than 2.5m; multi-layer laying, for heat dissipation, maintenance and anti-interference needs, the bridge can be in the bridge layer to leave a certain distance. Various pipelines laid in parallel, the net distance should be in line with the relevant provisions.

3. Bracket and hanger installation. The quality of the support and hanger should be in line with the current relevant technical standards. Horizontal laying, support span is generally 1.5 ~ 3m; vertical laying, the fixed spacing should not be greater than 2m; the horizontal height difference between two adjacent bridge arms should not be greater than 10mm. The cable tray should be installed firmly and kept horizontal and vertical. The left and right deviation of the horizontal support bracket should not be more than 10mm, and the height should not be more than 5mm.If it is installed together with other pipelines, the bridge should be placed on one side of the pipe rack. If it is a combustible gas pipeline, the cable bridge should be placed in a place with a lower risk factor. If low-voltage power cables and control cables use the same ladder rack, a partition needs to be placed between them.
